Data we hold on you will be the minimum needed for basic communication. It may include name, organization, role, expertise and fields of interest where relevant, together with contact details.

We do not share your data with any third party.

3. Security of data

Per item 1. above, we only hold basic contact data. Our databases are protected by recommended firewalls.

4. Frequency of communication

For the great majority of our contacts this will be minimal, with occasional updates on our activity where relevant or useful to their field of work. Contacts who are members of our Executive Committee, or one of our working groups, will continue to receive communications as agreed.
